Cool

Pretty awesome, the world needs more happy tunes, to much angry sad stuff flying around.

btw Good job getting in top 5 in under 500 listens.

that's gotta be some kind of record.

SUB4RU responds:

What are the stats on the top 5 usually? I didn't even know I was in the top 5 until someone told me, lol.

you deserve it

That good sir. is one hell of a level up if I do say so myself.

sure beats some of the level ups in most of the RPG's I've played.

Or4nges responds:

This is the song they play at the celebration party for when you hit the level cap :P

hmmm

Not bad, lyrics are well written.

However the actual singing seems off, I suggest a re-record of the voice, maybe with some better equipment, or some editing.

Pretty good though, the instruments are perfect.

MusicsOffspring responds:

thanks a ton for the review man...yeah a lot of it will depend on getting an actual studio mic in order to really get into it...just using the onboard mic on my recording device

meh

Would have been better if the flute part was something you made (Something original).

I can't in good conscience give you a betterscore because the sampled flute did most of the work.

it was a good experiment though, the results were pretty enjoyable.

janiev responds:

Yeah, well that is all it is. A fun idea i wanted to hear. if you enjoyed the results, then it did his job.

hmmm

nice try, but your trying to hard.

Forget everything you know about music that came from metal when you make techno, the genre's are almost opposites.

Metal is mostly moderate - fast speed with guitars drums and bass with some light synth in the background, most metal has a dark sound or an angry sound (personal experience there)

Techno on the other hand can be slow - fast speed with any kind of synth available relying on 1 to 3 synth to keep the rythm while the rest play variation, techno is mostly upbeat, celebratory, or mellow.

Industrial can be angry or dark, but industrial mostly uses metal clanking, factory-esk sounds (hence the name).

Hope this helps you improve.

Not bad

Its not the greatest song in the world but its pretty good, I enjoyed it. felt like it was a little to mellow though, try exaggerating some of the notes to be a bit more intense. At the moment the song is almost ambient.

awesome

this sounds perfect for any number of game genre's, I can actually see this working outside of FPS, TPS, and strategy as well (could work in a game like donkey kong).

It is a bit short, but it was quite awesome. I'd toss this at some companies like bioware or any number of other companies to see if you could put this stuff in games.

Unfortunately, it was to short for me to construct my story.

Ouch

Ow, *rubs ears* might want to go easier on those snares, otherwise it wasn't so bad.

I'd say about 15% off the volume on the snares, idk if its just be but for some reason they seriously attacked my ears.

Otherwise it sounds pretty good, Kinda like a waiting song.

Rabone responds:

Hey! Thanks for your review... I'll take care about the snares =)

Wow

Awesome beat man, I don't even like hip-hop and I thought this was great.

Keep up the awesome beats.

First time listener

Niiiceeee, This is definitely awesome. I like the piano and the general lead bits.

Did you "record" the piano? it doesn't sound like any synth I've heard.
